Age UK Sutton
Age Concern Sutton was re launched as Age UK Sutton in October 2011. At Age UK Sutton we aim to help people in later life to have fun, keep well, participate and contribute. We are committed to services and activities that promote healthy ageing and wellbeing, and tackle loneliness and isolation. We have a range of quality life-enhancing services and vital support services available to people in later life.

Brokerage – Giving people choice and control
Helping people gain access to information, services and support whether or not they may be entitled to a service from the Council.

Neighbourhood Watch
Worcester Park and Nonsuch Neighbourhood Watch Cluster Meetings are held every three months on Thursday evenings at St. Bede's Conference Centre in the grounds of St. Anthony's Hospital. Street co-ordinators have closer communication with the local Safer Neighbourhood Team, receive timely updates on crime and witness appeals and usually benefit from cheaper household insurance (check with your provider). Streets belonging to Neighbourhood Watch are entitled to display the Meerkat sign on lampposts as a visible deterrent to would-be criminals.
No regular commitment is required apart from attendance at the quarterly cluster meetings and occasionally sharing information with neighbours, especially the vulnerable and elderly. New members are always welcome. Your details are not passed to anyone outside of Sutton Neighbourhood Watch or the Safer Neighbourhood Team and are only used to keep you up to date about local incidents and meetings. At present, co-ordinators are urgently needed to cover Clarke's Avenue, Langley Avenue, Green Lane, Caverleigh Way and the Hamptons Estate.
